Abstract

Social work is a profession with diverse fields of intervention, where the promotion of individual well-being, human dignity, and social justice always prevail. In an organizational context increasingly marked by complex human challenges, it becomes pertinent to integrate social workers into human resources teams. They are professionals with valuable skills, as well as technical capabilities, a vision, and an enriching mission regarding human value in organizations. This essay, based on a critical review of the literature, aims to make a positive contribution to the deepening and development of this topic.
