Review Policy

The journal Páginas a&b ensures the quality and scientific rigor of its publications through a double-blind peer review process. All submissions deemed suitable by the editorial team are sent to two reviewers who are experts in the subject area of the article, ensuring independence, impartiality, and confidentiality. In case of divergent opinions, additional reviews or decisions mediated by the editorial team may be requested.

The double-blind system ensures that authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process, preventing conflicts of interest and promoting an evaluation based exclusively on scientific merit and the relevance of the contribution.

Authors can track the status and progress of their manuscript at each editorial stage through the submission platform. Whenever an editorial decision is recorded, the author automatically receives an email notification with the reviewers' recommendations, comments, and evaluation.

The journal is committed to conducting the review process with transparency, fairness, and respect for editorial deadlines, following internationally recognized guidelines for good scientific evaluation practices.

All reviews are conducted to contribute to the final quality of the work, promoting academic rigor, clarity, and disciplinary relevance.
