MUSEUS EM TRANSFORMAÇÃO
integrar a curadoria e as Humanidades Digitais na avaliação de impacto

A transformação digital reconfigurou os museus como ecossistemas de informação complexos, expondo as insuficiências das métricas tradicionais de avaliação de impacto. Este artigo analisa, sob a perspetiva da Ciência da Informação, seis abordagens à avaliação de impacto (Europeana Impact Playbook, ISO 16687:2025, CSIRO, SoPHIA, inDICEs e MOI! Framework). Respondendo aos desafios identificados na gestão do ciclo de vida da informação e na análise de dados, propõe-se o Modelo de Avaliação de Impacto com contributos da Curadoria Digital e Humanidades Digitais (MAI-CHD). O modelo articula os princípios da Curadoria Digital com os métodos analíticos e participativos das Humanidades Digitais. A aplicação simulada a dois perfis museológicos distintos demonstra a eficácia do modelo na deteção de assimetrias estratégicas entre a infraestrutura tecnológica e o envolvimento comunitário. Conclui-se que esta integração é essencial para assegurar a sustentabilidade informacional, a governança ética e a relevância social das instituições de memória na era dos dados.
