Da justiça como realização. Um percurso com Amartya Sen e Adela Cortina

Abstract

This reflexion intends to present a brief philosophical dialogue between two distinct, but nevertheless, complementary, pathways of justice: 1. fairness as ruling principle for the public institutions: the livingtogether; 2. liberty as the capability to accomplish justice, specially focusing on Sen´s conception of capabilities. Finally, I intend to develop a brief consideration on Adela Cortina´s cordial and civic ethics, in order to interconnect both the anthropological and the political conceptions of justice.
