PRODUCCIÓN CIENTÍFICA SOBRE LA REPRESENTACIÓN DE OBJETOS MUSEOLÓGICOS INDEXADOS EN LA WEB OF SCIENCE

Resumen

Este estudio presenta un análisis cienciométrico de la representación de objetos museológicos en la literatura científica internacional. Adopta un enfoque dual cuantitativo-cualitativo, combinando análisis bibliométrico, análisis de dominio y análisis de contenido. Se utilizaron datos de Web of Science Core Collection, que abarcan el período de 2012 a 2022, y herramientas como EndNote X20, Biblioshiny y VOSviewer. La producción científica a lo largo del tiempo muestra una estabilidad inicial en la producción de investigaciones de 2012 a 2016, seguida de un aumento acentuado a partir de 2017. El análisis de 491 documentos recuperados revela que 40 autores son los principales contribuyentes en los estudios museológicos, evidenciando la relevancia global del campo. La integración de la ciencia de la información con la museología es evidente en las obras recuperadas, reflejando un enfoque interdisciplinario. Por último, la investigación concluye que el acceso en línea a las colecciones de museos aún es un desafío para la mayoría de los museos, destacando la importancia de la asignación de metadatos y del enriquecimiento semántico.

Licenciada en Ciencias de la Información por la Facultad de Comunicación de la Universidad de La Habana (2015). Bibliotecaria y especialista en Gestión Documental en el Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes de Cuba (MNBA) durante seis años (septiembre de 2015 - febrero de 2022). Becaria de la Fundación Carolina - Estancia de Investigación de la Secretaría General Iberoamericana (SEGIB), en la Facultad de Traducción y Documentación de la Universidad de Salamanca, España (marzo - mayo de 2021).
