A CLASSIFICAÇÃO FUNCIONAL DE DOCUMENTOS DE ARQUIVO É UMA ABSTRAÇÃO INTELECTUAL OU UM INSTRUMENTO PRÁTICO?
Résumé
La classification des documents d’archives est une fonction matricielle de l’activité archivistique et l’un des principaux défis. L’outil qui opérationnalise la classification est le plan de classification, et l’approche consensuelle pour la construction de ces instruments est l’approche fonctionnelle, une idée qui a plus de quatre-vingts ans. L’objectif est d’analyser les principaux problèmes liés à l’utilisation de l’approche fonctionnelle de la classification des documents d’archives. La recherche est de nature appliquée et qualitative en ce qui concerne l’approche du problème ; elle implique la méthodologie pour l’usage de l’approche fonctionnelle, les expériences véritablement fonctionnelles, les questions conceptuelles et les difficultés des utilisateurs.
