Resumo

In her 4 works published betwen 2011 and 2017, the Belgian writer Nathalie Skowronek recounts the saga of her family : Jewish Poles who had to flee their country between the two World Wars, to take refuge in Belgium where they successfully trade in the clothing business. A family strongly scarred by the Shoah Tragedy but offering two different faces : glowing and obscure. A family that tailored a specific world for the author even if she finds it boring and will succeed in escaping through her writing.
