O que a RTP ensina sobre a história do Brasil?

This article analyzes the digital production broadcast by the Ensina RTP portal on the history of Brazil, to understand how this educational environment contributes to digital literacy and the development of a historical consciousness linked to a new humanism, committed to cultural plurality and social justice. In our research, we used the portal's magnifying glass as a search engine and, through the keyword «Brazil», identified 234 results, of which 64 were selected for analysis because they directly addressed the history of Brazil. The digital content analyzed was classified by production period, format, typology, themes, and target audience. We conclude that, despite being a step forward in the democratization of digital historical knowledge, the Ensina RTP portal presents an ambivalent historiographical and didactic profile, which reflects the central tension of contemporary Digital Humanities: the coexistence of transformative potentialities with the persistence of traditional knowledge structures.
