Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo explorar o papel desempenhado por Blas Piñar no Instituto de Cultura Hispânica (ICH) durante seu mandato de 1957 a 1962. Sob sua liderança, ele reformulou o conceito de Hispanidade para promover a colaboração política, intelectual e militar da Espanha com a América Latina. Com base em fontes da Fundación Blas Piñar (FPB), este estudo destaca como o Instituto foi um empreendimento profundamente pessoal, inseparável de sua trajetória de vida e de seu espírito combativo, intrinsecamente ligado à ideia de renovação social.
