In this interview, conducted via email in August 2025, we have the opportunity to learn about the academic trajectory and reflections of a researcher whose work stands out for its articulation between teaching, research, and internationalization. With a solid background in Text Linguistics and experience across different levels of education and interinstitutional projects, she shares with us the paths that led her to investigate digital interactions, engage in academic dialogue across continents, and actively contribute to the training of new researchers. Professor Isabel Muniz Lima is a professor at the Universidade Federal de Alagoas, Brazil, and a founding member of the “Entre Textos” Discussion Group.
